DELIVERY POLICIES

Shipping fees will be subject to value updates, with the customer's consent. In case you do not agree with the possible updating of values, the customer will be refunded.

The order will be sent on the day following payment, and delivery will be made within the period stipulated by the chosen delivery method.

The prices displayed do not include possible fees that may be charged by credit card companies or banks, for example in the case of payments in installments.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

If the order arrives damaged, the refund can be requested within 7 (seven) consecutive days from receipt of the product, by contacting the website and sending the damaged product to the store. Shipping will be paid by the customer.

The refund of amounts paid using the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process.

For purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, in one go, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period depends on the card administrator.

In purchases paid by bank slip or debit, the refund will be made through bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's current account, which must be individual. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same as that contained in the request (client's CPF). If the buyer does not have a current account that meets the conditions mentioned, a Payment Order will be sent within the same period in the name of the holder of the purchase. It can be redeemed at any Banco Bradesco branch, upon presentation of an identity document and CPF.
