 Our vinyls were sent to the production and pressing conveyor at the factory and we expect that they will be ready before March 18 (maybe a lot sooner). As soon as they are ready, they will be immediately sent to everyone who booked.
 Yeah, I know, it seems like a far-off date. Put yourself in my shoes: I started making this little monster at the end of 2016. It has been a 4 year gestation already!
 Unfortunately, we cannot do otherwise in the midst of delays caused by COVID. However, your support - both in good vibes, as well as financial - at this precise moment is crucial for the progress of this process.
 Besides, at this stage we are giving a sweaty discount (believe me), but still very deserved for those who are getting ahead.

DELIVERY POLICIES


Shipping fees will be subject to value updates, with the customer's consent. In case you do not agree with the eventual updating of values, the customer will be refunded.
The order will be sent on the day following payment, and delivery will be made within the time stipulated by the chosen delivery method.

The prices displayed do not include possible fees that may be charged by credit card companies or bank entities.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

If the order arrives damaged, the refund can be requested within 7 (seven) consecutive days from receipt of the product, by contacting the website and sending the damaged product to the store. Shipping will be paid by the customer.

The refund of amounts paid using the same form of payment chosen in the purchase process.

For purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, in one go, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period depends on the card administrator.

In purchases paid by bank slip or debit, the refund will be made through bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's current account, which must be individual. It is necessary that the CPF of the current account holder is the same as that contained in the request (client's CPF). If the buyer does not have a current account that meets the conditions mentioned, a Payment Order will be sent within the same period in the name of the holder of the purchase. It can be redeemed at any Banco Bradesco branch, upon presentation of an identity document and CPF.
